I would say there is a cushioned arch support because I have very little arch to my foot and I can feel a difference. The padding on the underneath of the strap is a wonderful added feature.

I love love love these sandals! they give me the little boost in height I need but are also comfortable. The toe thing is very soft, and the arch support is good.. The color is super cute and I feel like they go with everything!.

These sandals keep you out of shallow puddles, are cushy enough for old lady foot problems, and make short women taller!! But they aren't too tall to make a little trek over inevitable rocks difficult. They're perfect.
