These are great! I have a pair of docs that gave me blisters every time I wore them, put these on under my socks and I haven’t had a blister since! Extremely worth it! Easy to put on. Comfortable fit. Easy to take off. I wash them in the shower or sink with mild soap (equate beauty gentle skin cleanser) then let them air dry.

These are perfect. My heel had a painful cut on it. It wasn't fun at all walking on it. These pads are keeping it well cushioned and protected. These have been wonderful. I wear them over my heels, a sock over these. They feel so nice. It's a squishy gel feeling every time I step, but it feel nice and cool. I enjoy wearing these. They are really durable too. My son managed to stretch this over his head and under his chin like a helmet lol. I thought for sure it would split, but it showed no signs of damage. It didn't even look bigger or anything. These are amazing. I have been walking barefoot too much during covid and my heels became dry. These keep the moisture locked into my heels. My heels are already so much better than they were a few days ago. These are a great product. I'm really impressed with them. They even wash easily and don't become sticky.. Even though my heel has somehow healed rapidly, I'll be wearing using these for a long time for comfort.
